I haven't been here long, but I'm optimistic about the company. Everyone has been super welcoming and I want to improve quickly and become an asset (as I feel too new to be one yet).

I think it's been tumultuous the last year. There have been a lot of layoffs in a row, and everyone I speak to feels pretty stressed we're all next. They feel we have to overcontribute at the moment to be secure. I love it here, but I think right now there's a great deal of stress and worry

I feel like I'm learning and growing

The benefits are what my family and I need

Everyone wants to grow and succeed together, not just individually.

I feel like I'm growing and getting better at my position daily
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think they keep tabs on the industry and on what's best for the growth of the company, without compromising values as much as possible.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone wants to share information. There's no hoarding secrets and keeping details to themselves, everyone wants to make sure we grow and succeed as a team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My insurance is about as good as it has ever been. I appreciate that I can provide for my family as a single parent, and do so reasonably.

My team is AMAZING. They're the most supportive, helpful people I've met in a long time. I wouldn't have made it this far without them and I love working with them
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They actually seem to care about my well being, and all the concerns I have about my personal life interacting (scheduling issues that don't affect hours worked) that would be issues in other companies simply aren't concerns here since I'm still handling my job. No micromanaging is lovely.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the fact that we're all encouraged to interact as we would outside of work (within reason) helps. Not feeling like we have to adhere to a painfully strict company culture with a great deal of formality makes it feel like a place I'd look forward to being at for 8 hours a day
