I came back to Sunrun after leaving for a year to help with a start up. I missed many parts of Sunrun which drew me back. Some of those things are the culture, the vision and the work/life balance.

The team is invested as a whole in the success of our area and works well together as a team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The focus on creating an environment that is customer focused. The customer's are the first priority so seeing new things implemented that focuses more on their experience is amazing to see!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While I know most would say they feel the work they do would warrant more money, where we are invested in these accounts at a deeper, personal level with the customer, it should be paid a bit more.
