As a team lead, the available OT is amazing to have in order to not only boost compensation, but to also ensure my team is set up for success.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The ERGs and Wellness Webinars are FANTASTIC and unique to this company. These platforms offer amazing support and information that is tailored to the individual and their unique contributions, skills, and experiences.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Sales Support leadership is hands down the best I have ever been under at any job. They truly care about their employees and make consistent efforts to get to know everyone while providing top-of-the-line support and guidance.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy at work when I get to solve a complicated issue or train the team on new processes. Digging into unknown issues is a fun puzzle for me, and sharing my knowledge with others makes me feel valued and competent in my work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Post SRA team as a whole (onshore and offshore) create an amazing environment to be apart of. We work closely with our offshore teams and have made amazing strides in connecting teammates on a personal level. This effort is a key piece to our success and creates unity in our WFH spaces.
