It was pretty tough at first stepping into store, but now, after more than a year, I greatly enjoy my time working for Sunrun!

When I book customers appointments and they come back to tell me how happy they are with their solar

My local Hawaii Team is THE BEST! They understand personal issues and strive to help us find work / life balance.

When I HELP people, either save money, get energy security or help them with issues, it makes me feel very good about working for SunRun.

Solar can truly help the planet! It is also terrific to be selling a product that helps people get energy security, financial predictability and SAVE money too!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The opportunity is there for increased potential earnings. I love having a base hourly rate for comfort and can only grow from there! The Annual Stock and Spark Trip benefit have also been great!
