I am happy to come into work everyday, and i've never been able to say that in my 25 years of working. I've been with this company almost 5 years now, and continue to love coming into work daily. I'm challenged daily, and have gain many friends over the years.

Transparency, open door policy, honestly open to hearing suggestions as well taken them seriously.

We know we are overworked and continuously try and help manage each others workloads. We genuinely care about each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I get to work on things I am passionate about, which is about 10% of what I do daily. That and the people I work with.

Everyone is so friendly, and I feel like I've made honest and genuine connections with almost everyone on my team. Even gained a best friend over the years.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with my peers, doing work that I actually enjoy as far as work goes. Getting to work on skillsets that I enjoy outside of work, that helps improve what I produce at work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
ESPP, Has gotten me out of some really tight financial situations on multiple occasions. My Engine just blew up, and I was able to take money out of my ESPP to cover the 9k cost.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone continues to strive for greatness, or at least some level of improvement. When you have that sort of mentality floating around you at all times, not only does it make it easier to focus on improvement yourself, but you leave work for the day and that mindset follows you into your daily life
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We've lost people on our team, and have taken on WAY more work, but no one seems to care, and me and my one other teammate have been overworking the past year with no sort of compensation or light at the end of the tunnel. Burn out is very real, and it's negatively impacted my at home life.
