My experience has been ok at Sunrun. It's hard to ignore that most promotions for higher-paying roles are exclusively sales reps. Unless you live in UT and are a high-achieving sales rep you are not considered to move up to a higher position even if sales exp has little to do with the higher role.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very supportive and happy to work together and do their job to the best of their ability, while also trying to do extra work in order to help the team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My current compensation is 75% of the median pay for my position in my area. Would like to see my compensation be closer to the median pay for my position in my area.
