I've been at Sunrun for 4 years now and I cannot recommend working here enough. The work-life balance is wonderful, the work is fulfilling, and working with people who are masters in what they do just make the job easier and better.

I love how well we operate. Everyone has their own position but is a master at what they do.

I love the work-life balance and how well everyone gets along. I feel like we all really excel and are masters at our job
What makes you most happy at work?
I have a lot of freedom. I really value not being micromanaged. My managers know that I can handle most everything on my own, and can problem solve. So it helps challenge me but also helps me grow because in a way, I'm self-managed
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I live in the Bay and what I make is considered lower-class. I know people who are in similar positions as myself making 20-40k more. I also know people who got promoted after me at Sunrun (same position) making more than me
