There are times that are challenging when there are RIFs, especially when I am asked to be a part of them. However for the most part everyone is positive and we all strive to do our best.

I love the all hands calls and I love when we get grubhub or swag!

I love being able to help people with their career growth and giving them opportunity to better themselves.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think that their communication has been improving because it's nice to know what is coming up in the future so we are not surprised.
