I love working here at Sunrun. This is my family. I love what I do, it's just a difficult time right now and I feel we may be forced to leave soon, unfortunately. We were told our headcount number of sales in order to stay in the next month. It's double what is realistic.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Right now there's not enough commission with the add-on's that we're taking and the calls are often not qualified. But, I understand that it's seasonal and management is doing the best they can.
