It's been a transition from what I was hired to last April, to what I'm assigned to do now, with more workload and responsibilities. I also feel that we don't have the right systems to do our work more effectively. I need to have 30+ tabs opened to work on 3 main responsibilities.

They are truly invested in making Sunrun a successful company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're all a focused and responsible team. We know what's expected of us, and we're willing to work hard on the projects and new role responsibilities we're being asked by our leader.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our director is always listening to our feedback, especially now that we're being asked to work in the office. I appreciate her paying attention and making it comfortable for us. Snacks would be nice, or allowance for snacks in the office.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that my current pay rate is underappreciated by my leader. I didn't appreciate them doing a market research to let us know that we were getting paid more than the average. Furthermore, I thought Sunrun was a company that felt pride in making its employees feel valued.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Within my role, I'm still building bridges with the people I'm supposed to liaison with. Since my role significantly changed within a few months, and we're always reminded that we're getting paid more than what we should, it's taking me a bit to adjust to this perception and expectations.
