It is a culture of independence. I don't have to worry about micromanaging from my bosses.

Being able to work somewhat independently, being able to be creative in how I solve problems, and continuously learning and growing my skillset through new challenging tasks

They make the place have a culture that I enjoy being a part of. I look forward to going to work, I love working with my coworkers, and I enjoy the mission that I am a part of.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are fellow people that I can relate to and be friends with, and they have helped me to successfully grow in my career here at Sunrun. A lot of them have been great mentors for when I am learning my new roles that I have been a part of.
