The salary is excellent for my role and my education and experience. Merit based equity grants are also very nice.

The leadership team at Sunrun has a very clear, fiscally sound, and adaptive strategic vision that is positioning the company well currently and for growth in the future.

Because the industry seems to always be changing we are constantly faced with interesting challenges. Nothing is worse than boring work and we have very little of that at Sunrun.

The company goals are clear. The company has made a commitment to make working at Sunrun and incredible experience. From the CEO to my direct manager the care and effort is clear.

The base pay is very competitive for the industry and my education level. Additionally, as a publicly traded company Sunrun had the opportunity to create an equity plan that has been an incredible part of our compensation package.
