I've only been with Sunrun for about half a year but I'm so impressed with the company as a whole. There is so much to learn but the company gives us all the tools to be able to succeed. As long as I do my end of what I was hired for, the company takes very good care of me.

The senior team members do their part in helping the new kids on the block learn the ropes, the Sunrun culture and how to make more sales.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Focused and determined to be the best in the industry. And I love how employees are valued very highly in terms of safety, advancement and current state of being.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I believe that corporate communications to all employees is simply over-the-top. I love how I'm always in the loop with what is happening in the company, the industry and my local team.
