The people I work directly with are competent and hilarious. We are all highly skilled at our jobs and fun to interact with.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The monitoring of lower-level employees is encroaching on privacy breach. Road-facing dashboard cameras help us feel safer. Driver-facing dashboard cameras make us feel spied on and distrusted.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager Matt Pan is affable and hard working. He gets me and my team what we need before we know we need it. I feel look-after under his leadership.
