I have a mentor at work, but no time to be mentored. There is simply too much volume for the amount of staff we have in order to do anything but keep up. I don't feel like I have the opportunity to move up as I don't have any time to learn anything beyond my immediate job.

High volume of requests means a large staff is required. We cannot do more with less.

Sales reps are not supported properly by sales support teams due to staffing issues. This leads to animosity between sales reps and sales support teams.
