I look forward to coming to work daily for the people. The issues making me look for another job are the constant, stressful changes and watching so many people get laid off. There is no job security at all. You hear leaders say "I hope I have my job tomorrow" and these people work so hard.

The people and the recognition.

They are friendly and intelligent people who are extremely hard working with so many changes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
401k and I feel that as a salary employee, I work so many more hours than my pay. There are constant changes and stresses that make me feel as if my health is more important and can get pay somewhere else with less stress and hours.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Please take thoughtful time to consider each change and how it impacts the employee in addition to the customer. Changes are thrown out without much notice and we the people have to figure out the problems and solutions. It is very time consuming and stressful. Need work-life balance.
