There have been a lot of changes recently that I don't agree with. I think our team is working very hard and it's disheartening not to connect with C-suite people on this fact.

Enhancements to mental health and good coverage with Cigna.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We need more information on the future of the engineering team and the status of our jobs. No long term road map makes people extremely nervous.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We really enjoyed having the offsite meeting and often reference how transformative that was for our team. We aren't doing the same collaboration or fostering teamwork like we used to.
