1099 employees and shamed and lectured Instead of equipped, empowered, and trained. In the past year, I have not received one single training on how to use the tools and pull through process
What are some of the best things about your team?
The pros were great, we no longer have those. The squad leaders were great, we no longer have those. That leaves the reps. The reps are great because they support each other even though the conditions are horrible. Just attend a meeting and you?
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
That sounds leaders are not leaders, they are sales reps. The only way that they know how to bleed people is to encourage people to take selfies. They are not skilled and inspiring and motivating people, The guilt and shame, people in group settings. Very high employee turnover
