My experience at this company was looking up and bright to advance and move up, however with all the changes and lay off that happened about a year ago changed the dynamics and made us all feel unsafe and very disposable instead of making us feel valuable and needed

The people I work with give their heart to the company everyday to try to make everything run more smoothly and efficiently
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The manager assigned to us doesn't give recognition or credit where credit is due, not even a good job. Its just ignored.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work very hard each day and know what is expected of us and demonstrate that everyday with our knowledge of the job and each task at hand.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Be recognized for the hard work you put in day in and day out and be rewarded for it vs put down and not able to advance or move up in the company to show that you are valued
