
We are always focused on positivity.
Do what we say we are going to do. Do the job right the first time.
Some people really care, but there is not enough consistency and unfortunately to many members do not follow through with customers.
Put to action taking care of service issues. I do not feel like we are able to service customers like we are instructed to sale our service.
Too much time is taken on helping customers post sale because our customer service is not taking care of them in timely manners and sometimes not even on their first request.
