Being a CEE is cool. But its not what i was expoecting when i came here. Sometimes i wonder, why cant they have a sales person verify the information when they meet the person. I only talk to them on the phone and it makes me confused when i set up an appointment with someone who i called out .
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how organized they all are. Our meetings are high energy and well thought through. Meetings are also finished early and ive never seen a company where leadership is actually on time, and organized.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think that most people here are friendly. They seem to be willing to get to know you and are interested about your life. I like how genuine people are here. Its very comfortable and safe
What makes you most happy at work?
Leaving the office makes me the most happy because i know i put in a good days work. At work, Its fast, a grind and really repetitive so its not a lot of fun. its just work
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Its not them Its me. I prefer to keep things to myself. If i am asked to help a group or someone on my team I will. But i believe that my time is the most important time that matters. Ive been burned before by trying to fulfill my repsonsibilties and help others fulfil theirs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The Job is easy.. But its made me feel stagnat in certian ways because it is so repetitive all the time. I also go into the office everyday while everyone else works from home. It doesnt bother me, but i would like a better social dynamic that is In real time and real life in person help
