Great overall experience. Lots of chiefs and not enough Indians. The recruiting plan is just "hire more" but there isn't necessarily a plan of execution. There are too many people flooded into the same markets and not enough sourcing tools. This makes for a challenging environment.

They are trying to make a difference. They have great ideas.

We are all working towards the same goal in trying to move the needle on hiring.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect is that Sunrun really cares about the world at large. There is room for career advancement.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to make a difference in the bigger picture. Having the right tools to do my job to the best of my ability.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Recruiters should make market value. I am currently making the same amount that I made 9 years ago. My wage history has gone down instead of up. If you want to retain great talent you have to pay market price.
