Tenable is an awesome place to work. They treat all of their employees with respect and as equals. It doesnt matter what position you hold. I have never worked for a company where the CEO sits at a desk because he wants to feel apart of the team vs stuck in an office. Tenable is a great company.

Tenable is a young company and theyre driven. I really like the drive that everyone has to be successful.

I really appreciate that my bosses trust me. They trust that I will get my work done without micromanaging everything they ask me to do.

The company is still young, hungry, and driven. Its a great energy to be around. To see everyone looking to continuously make our products and systems better.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The maternity leave should be 6 months not 3. It takes no less than 6 months to finally feel "comfortable" leaving your baby. It takes 6 months to get into a rythm. 3 months is just not long enough and its not fair for any company to expect a woman to come back that soon.
What did you like most about the interview process?
During my interview, there were two positions available. At that time I was interviewing for the one I was not interested in the most. I spoke up and let them know that I was interested in the other and worked in my favor. I was hired for that position and have grown and developed in my roll since.
