What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great perks, 401k match fully vested right away unlike most companies it takes 4 years to vest. Training and education is a plus if you want to up your game. Tenable is very supportive and provide tuition reimbursement programs in continuing education and free online education.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
One Tenable is a big thing here. We hold true to it, what that means is regardless of what level you need to reach out for help, they are available. Knowledge and growth is important, Tenable has an internal mentorship program that allows you to become a mentor or mentee and learn from each other.
