Seeing the work I do have a positive impact.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We acknowledge mistakes, learn from them, and move on. In my opinion, this is what makes a healthy culture.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team supports me and I support my team. We trust one another and we are continually sharing knowledge and experiences so we can all learn from each other.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My interviews felt more like a conversation than a question and answer sort of interview. It felt like a comfortable environment to get to know the interviewer and ask open ended questions about the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They truly care about the people at the company, and they show it with their actions. I think the pandemic has been a great way to separate companies who care about their people from those who don't and Tenable definitely cares.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 401K package, which includes matching and the after-tax option that allows us to contribute considerably more money toward retirement per year. The Employee Stock Purchase Plan is absolutely amazing, as is the equity package as a whole. The health benefits are better than most places as well.
