Stocks and Variable Pay. My variable component is always more than the stipulated amount, which is never the case in many organizations

The explanation of the role, not only at a broad level but at a level where you get to know what it would entail from a daily perspective.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with Global Colleagues; and our Manager is CA-based. It's a competitive work environment, but the colleagues are mature and we have a fun and fair competition of executing the best and most effective campaigns
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Approachable, Knowledgeable and Transparent. The culture of openness and OneTenable is so palpable and its not put-on. We breathe the culture and live by it. The leadership team are an epitome of balanced folks who know where they are steering the ship
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Openness and fair culture. I have had a recent personal experience where my parents got Covid positive and we exhausted the benefits ear-marked for me (owing to the prolonged hospital stay for my mother). Tenable stepped up; and helped me settle the hospital claim which was way over the normal amt.
