I really enjoy the culture at Tenable. It allows me to be my best at work and at home. I know that sounds cheesy, but it really does. I am able to support my family and have fun doing work I love & that's pretty awesome.

The work and the people. I am challenged to grow every day

It's about the people and the work we do. It makes it a fun place to be.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have a competitive salary. I enjoy that we also have RSU options, stock options and a bonus structure
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is full of extremely talented people. Everyone wants to be here, and wants to work together towards a shared goal.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy when I am able to be creative and try new things. I need that to thrive, and here I am able to make things happen.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I really enjoy our Fridays off in August. It's such a special thing about our culture. RSU, Bonus, etc. is great. I also enjoy having professional dev time off and our birthdays.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our culture is people-first. Leadership, your peers, your manager, etc. truly care about the people. That makes a HUGE difference. This is the first place i've had great work-life balance (as mom of 3)
