What do you like best about the leadership team?
Strong leadership, excellent communication, friendly, collaborative, care about their employees, passionate and intelligent.

Fast and clear, I was informed of the steps and what to expect.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Friendly, helpful, fun, smart, teamwork, open to ideas, casual environment, 100% remote but still feel like a part of the team.
What makes you most happy at work?
Freedom to work independently, manage my own schedule, to be treated well and with respect, and to have support of my teammates and manager.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we are respected and valued. They go above and beyond to make their employees and teams happy, with benefits, perks, and management teams. Everyone I've met is outgoing and friendly and ready to help.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They leadership team treats us like valued people, not just employees. We are able to interact and share our opinions and ideas and they are considered and are respected and supported. We truly have a brilliant and caring executive team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people I work with are amazing, personable, helpful and supportive. We have a positive, friendly work environment and we also have a lot of fun. Our manager is very supportive and nurturing and acts as a mentor and a friend.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have immediate vesting for our 401(k) match, we also have RSU at the offer, and a yearly refresh. We have 4 weeks of PTO, $10K in Professional Development, tuition reimbursement, great medical, dental and vision and discounts for gym memberships, gear etc.
What makes you most happy at work?
autonomy, great teams, given the tools I need to be successful in my role, a terrific manager, supportive and helpful people company wide. Approachable people, from senior management to executive team. A company that values and respects their employees and remembers that we are people first.
