I have no complaints other than onboarding. More apps should be available upon hire particularly for my business area. A day of training or videos on SFDC, and other business focused budgeting SW would have shortened my onboarding time.

The team work. Feeling engaged.
What are some of the best things about your team?
During my onboarding my team mates went out of their way to train me and were always available no matter what else they had going on in their busy schedule.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The level of involvement of the senior leadership in Marketing to their staff. Its transparent, personal and warm. They are great team focused leaders and its refreshing and joyful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture at Tenable is amazing. Leadership rolls up their sleeves alongside the teams. They are fully attentive to all the activities and programs without missing a beat. They communicate often which is wonderful particularly for me as I focus on the Public Sector side .
