I just think we should be paid a little more

the insurance is the most reasonable I have had in a long time
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I get to work from home - which is great! But it makes it hard to make friends at work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They allow some flexibility - which is important in day to day life. If something comes up, they work with us to keep all sides happy.
