The entire package as a whole is much better than I have experienced at previous employers, from pricing to the actual benefits themselves.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The hourly rate for CC's and TL is not as competitive as other companies... CC's should start at $17/HR and TL's should start at $22/hr... simply based on the volume of work that is required for the positions
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I LOVE that they not only speak to being transparent as a compnay, but that they actually are transparent in the overall dealings of the company. I LOVE that they truly work with everyone to ensure a compatible work/life balance. I LOVE that they promote self care.
