The company is very good at excepting anyone and reconizing the many different Culture our world has these days! The environment to wonderful because you at home in your comfort zone.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel I should be payed more for what I do. I also feel that my workers under me should be payed more as well. Low man on the totem pole needs more recognition in the company.
