Only because of the struggles of the last two years did I score some things average. I do feel more secure regarding my future with recent news of our upcoming work, I believe we are off to bigger and better things and proud to be a part of that journey.

They know the industry and are navigating through some difficult times with some big wins and positive results as time goes on.
What makes you most happy at work?
I find the challenges interesting and they give me ample opportunity to learn. And with the team I'm on, it's a positive experience.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being world wide, I work with many associates from different backgrounds and it makes work life exciting and definitely more interesting. The positivity of others is infectious.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The fact we are a team! I can reach out to any of them for direction and they are there will the answers I need. This is one of the best teams I've been lucky to be a part of.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO/Holiday is quite fair compared to others in the industry (and even better versus some). And the unwritten compensation is the work life balance our leaders give us. The flexibility is what's most important in my life at the moment, so it's appreciated!
