I like the benefits package. I also have the opportunity to work overtime.

The company does group activities, but planning the activities takes lots of work.

I like how responsive the leadership is to comments. Sometimes, things take a while to get implemented.

There is so much support! It's hard to find but be patient and someone is willing to help.

The work is very repetitive. There is emphasis on completing tasks as fast as possible instead of valuing the quality of work.

The work is very repetitive and there are complex instructions to do the work. The company can include more breaks as a compromise.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is a collaborative spirit in the more demanding positions (software engineers, implementation consultants, etc.); however, the entry level positions need more collaborative work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership is forward thinking. They are unafraid to make mistakes. However, the growth mindset should not always be the driving force. The company would be in a better place to start investing in internal processes. Change is the norm here, and the executive team is responsive to questions
