I used to love it, but in the past 1-2 years it's taken a steady decline in quality and care for the employees.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Prior to the merge I was very happy with this company and I was proud to be here. Since the merge it has shifted away from being for the employees to being for the management and money. This shift has created a negative perception for this company.

Awesome PTO and the insurance cost/benefits are amazing.

Go back to treating employees like humans. Stop decreasing benefits.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The individuals that I deal with regularly are wonderful hardworking people.

Everyone is super friendly and we can have genuine fun while being productive.

They see you as a human being and not a number or a seat in a chair.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very inclusive and welcoming. I haven't felt like an outsider, and have been able to thrive and enjoy my time working.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team dynamic and camaraderie is the primary reason for me keeping my position with the company and not actively looking elsewhere.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
People are reduced to positions. Living is getting more and more expensive, but there has been little to no empathy or even acknowledgement of the struggles that employees are facing.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
When I think of leadership I think of executives not management. There is no more transparency regarding what's happening in the company. The lower tiered workers are being left in the dark to just deal with whatever choices are made.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Over the past 2 years the voice of the employees doesn't feel like it holds any weight. The continuous criticisms are brushed away or avoided altogether instead of being addressed. The culture has shifted and the enjoyment of working for this company continues to dwindle.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am not a number, I am a person. After working a bunch of other jobs it's refreshing to have people care about me as a human first and then as an employee. Management is always willing to help and is there to support everyone around them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The insurance took a huge hit after the merge while we are being told that it's supposedly amazing while it covers less and costs more. The executive team has not shown any initiative to ensure that employees are continued to be paid for their efforts with the rising cost of living.
