It's a roller coaster. As a more senior person at the company, I see a lot of the bad (along with the bad). There is a lot of dysfunction and I don't believe our leadership team is strong. I think they are smart and likable but not sure they are the ones to take us to the next level.

Has a family feel - people are friendly, nice and genuine. Very likeable people.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Seasoned professionals that are genuinely interested in us all doing well. It's not competitive or cutthroat - it's a cohesive unit.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like the challenge - we are trying to build something. Progress and successes are very identifiable and rewarding.
