Good. Some hiccups along the way, but good. For a first job out of school, I think it's pretty good.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I appreciate the fact that we're trying to create a sense of inclusion and camaraderie since we do work together every day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the Town Hall meetings and am looking forward to seeing those more frequently to allow more visibility into the company as a whole.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm always learning. I'm learning new processes, I'm learning how to work more efficiently, I'm learning how to communicate between teams. I'm simply always learning.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like only getting merit-based increases on a yearly basis really doesn't fit the economy. Rent prices keep going up, but at some point, can I really get much better with my job?
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like how we're able to come together and discuss what we can do to help our specific team processes move forward. We model our quick meetings on a kind of SCRUM stand-up, but are still working towards it being an actual SCRUM stand-up.
