Overall I am happy with where I work even despite the changes that we've had to adapt to during COVID. It is clear that our leadership team cares about us as individuals and wants us to succeed in all areas of our life and is willing to support that however they can. I feel valued and seen here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are engaged with employees in the company on a personal level. They are caring and approachable and have our best interests, both personally and professionally, in mind in all that they do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have taken on many additional responsibilities since COVID affected our company and feel I deserve a title change and change in compensation to reflect those added responsibilities. I've willingly adapted to many changes in my role.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are true team players and are always willing to help wherever needed. I know that they care about me as a person and as a coworker. They are not only my colleagues, I consider them my friends.
What makes you most happy at work?
Before COVID I genuinely looked forward to seeing my coworkers each day and working along side really good people. I miss interacting with them. The good people that I work with makes me the most happy about where I work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can see that the people I work with truly care about each other and the success of our company and the people that they work beside day in and day out. They are friendly and helpful and responsive to needs and requests that support each of us to fulfill our individual roles.
