The flexibility given to each and every one of us, regardless of position in the company. I use the term flexibility loosely because they help with branched out topics such as working from home or in the office, PTO, work hours and more.

I have gotten the impression from this company that says 'If you are willing to put in the genuine time and effort to earn this position you are requesting, we are willing to work with you on that'. Whether that is getting training here and there over time, school reimbursement etc., its fantastic.

Balancing my current role in the company and working for the position I'm training for. It can be overwhelming at times to keep up with both, so I prioritize my current role. I like to think of it as conditioning myself without getting burned out. I like getting my feet wet in what is to come.

My team is hungry for knowledge. That hunger is what I think is the best about my team. We always ask 'why' or 'how'. We document findings we learn for the first time so we know how to do it again if need be. We train each other on what we know to take on additional responsibilities.

In my shoes, the UTA reimbursement form is one of the highlights of what is provided to me as an employee. I don't have a car. I'd be paying close to 200$ a month for Train and bus service. Verisys paying 90% of that 200 really helps a lot for the remainder to go towards groceries and bills.
