There are no barriers between executive leadership and the rest of the team at ThinkShout. Ideas are heard and employees feel genuinely cared for. It's an incredible dynamic, and despite working for nice people doing good work in the past, I've never seen anything like it.

Every department seems to have incredibly deep talent--sales, strategy, design, technology, all of them are full of real star players. Yet it's not a competitive environment at all; I feel quite comfortable trying out things I'm unsure of, because I trust my co-workers to be supportive.
