Plus the ABMs get a higher quarter bonus Whn the LTOs do more work because there only a few ABMs leftThe atmosphere is so competitive that it can be very draining and exhausting. In the area where I work we were told that the requirements would be getting tougher for promotions. Working 110 percent wasn't enough. We had to give more.
