  • If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at JPMorgan Chase & Co?
    They got rid of most of the ABMs and replaced them with LTOs, but yet the LTOs do not get the year end bonus but the ABMs do. Plus the ABMs get a higher quarter bonus Whn the LTOs do more work because there only a few ABMs left

    The atmosphere is so competitive that it can be very draining and exhausting. In the area where I work we were told that the requirements would be getting tougher for promotions. Working 110 percent wasn't enough. We had to give more.
