The incentive plans that roll out continue to cut compensation for hard working employees. Management gaslights you into believing the changes are great when they are not. Would not be surprised if more employees continue to leave.

My direct manager is wonderful and works so hard. I can't say enough about how great their work ethic is.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They all care about our clients and do their best to do what is best for our clients every time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are put in a constant position of being understaffed with no foresight to correct this before its too late. While we try to play catch up, hard working employees are getting burnt out and then leave which continues this vicious cycle of attrition.
