They are ruled by fear of speaking out and belittled id they cross their supposed lane
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As it is-100% equity belongs to JPM- i am just a steward that can fires at will- change that equation and you will see the real capabilities of JPM
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Their idea ia that if you participate in a adobe seminar, you know stuff that they introduce every 3 weeks- it is equivalent of mounting furniture from Ikea with some pdf instructions instead
