Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like a lower caste member at a company run by Managing Directors, many of whom are extremely unimpressive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Smart young people who either sacrifice their souls at the altar of promotion or, more often, have their youth sacrificed to help some other MD's career.
What makes you most happy at work?
There are so many overlapping systems and empty seats that policies often aren't enforced. Once you find the gaps you can take advantage (vacations, WFH, etc.).
