They advertise growth but in reality is very hard to move to top levels in the servicing departments. Unless you work in a department that makes money for the company, expect to be at your same seniority level forever!

They let you know in advance about re-organizations so that you have time to look for a job. They retain top talent and protect it from layoffs
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been doing the work of a VP for 4 years, yet every year I hear the same story. If you do more of this, or more of that, we will promote you to VP. But we don't think you are ready yet...
