Let us work and not throw numbers that we have to make . Also writing down on paper a useless list. Having the computer that the company invested on for us to log our notes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary and commission. The front line who are engaging with clients day in and out to earn the trust of the relatioship for them to bring in their deposits and investments. Bankers need a better pay system not take it way like its been these last few years
