As a double minority I find it disturbing how often my job talks about equity, inclusion and diversity without putting any of those words into action. Our paychecks should be the first to receive pay transparency.

the companies desire to do good is a positive thing, but they need to take action as well
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm a gay latino man, I know the cards are stacked against me. and JP Morgan does not offer transparency reports to ease these conerns
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Direct leaders are very knowledgeable and hands on, but the leadership that actually makes decisions is very inflexible, they make me feel like a true cog in a machine, no real human autonomy.
