Pay and WLB are horrible, especially since we've had to return to the office. Management is a joke and everyone is treated like a number, if they even know you exist. Run to a company that values you as a person and a valued employee.

Pay employees based on their experience and/or education. If you want to attract and retain exceptional personnel, pay them what they are worth.
