I feel like the leadership team genuinely cares about my growth and what I am learning with each product.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its strongly emphasized from day one that one persons success does not mean another's failure. This allows for a really supportive environment between colleagues.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was less focused on hard skills and more concerned with how I think through problems. I thought this was great, you can always learn hard skills but problem-solving is the most important part of my role.
