Team is great and hard working but most people don't like the management.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management has a separatist attitude toward the people they manage. Very poor quality.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership is truly focused on managing up. Never managing the people beneath them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think They pay below market value and rotate well paid bonuses from staff to staff memebers every two to three years.
